Sometimes when we see some people, we are pushed from within to help them when they are not in a position to do it themselves. That kind of behavior can be attributed as humane and helping tendency.However , there are some aid or help that has to go to people with disabilities. It it our social responsibility as a nation and a government to help them with the disability insurance that is being given for them. This will definitely help them to some extent and there are even people who have recovered from their disability or have overseen it and succeeded in making a life of their own without the disability insurance.
